Lilli Lopez, BettyFest Executive Director – is an Austin-based writer, producer, actor an improviser in Austin, TX. She is one-third of the BettyFest production team and the Marketing Director at ColdTowne Theater. Lilli has been a featured performer in several main stage productions at ColdTowne Theater (Express Yourself, 2016; Latinauts: Improvised Telenovelas, 2017-2018; Gardenalia, 2016; Toxic Chakra’s Everything Will Be Okay, 2016). Lilli holds a masters degree in mass communication from Louisiana State University, where she researched nonprofit communication strategy.
Kim Lowery, BettyFest Executive Director – is an Austin-based writer, producer, and actor. She is one of the producers of BettyFest ATX, an annual all-female comedy festival that celebrates the diverse female voices empowering the Austin comedy community. You can watch Kim perform every Friday night at ColdTowne Theater in one of Austin’s best comedy shows with Loverboy improv.
Lindsey Moringy, BettyFest Executive Director – Lindsey Moringy is an improviser from Austin, TX. She performs with her all-star-all-babe troupes SheSheSheShe and Garage regularly (catch Garage every Wednesday at 8pm at Fallout Theater!). When she’s not performing or co-producing BettyFest, she’s hanging with her dog Buster, eating a taco at Valentina’s Tex-Mex BBQ, and/or focusing on digital marketing for music festivals at C3 Presents.

Sarah Doering is an improviser and musician living in Austin, TX. She is a member of Crossroads and the B. Iden Payne award-winning troupe Girls Girls Girls – Improvised Musicals. Sarah also teaches improv at Merlin Works, and has been a featured performer in several shows at the Hideout Theatre and Institution Theater. During the day, Sarah spends her time in development at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, and has served on the board of directors for the Chula League, a non-profit organization committed to fueling and sustaining the arts in East Austin.
Tauri Laws-Phillips – Tauri is an Austin based mother, comedienne and brand marketer. With over 10 years as an improviser and improv instructor, she practices the basic tenets of improv through out her professional career with innovative ideation and precision execution. Tauri is currently the Vice President of Marketing for American English Haircare and has worked to build and market brands for Unilever and Southwest Media Group. Currently a member of improv troupes Tattie and Damn Gina, she also teaches for ColdTowne Theater.
Katie Moore directs, curates and promotes Mortified Austin and is a contributor to Mortified’s nationally recognized podcast and Netflix series. Katie performs regularly in improvised comedy shows at Austin’s top improvisational theaters and festivals. She is passionate about theatre for youth and is a long-time member of the Paramount Theatre’s professional children’s theatre ensemble, the Story Wranglers. Additionally, Katie has served in multiple administrative capacities at ColdTowne Theater and the Stateside & Paramount Theatres. She was voted “Citizen of the Year” by colleagues in the Austin Improv Community for achievements in theater operations and management. She will complete a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Management in June 2018. Katie has a decade of experience as an educator of little and big humans, boosting self-confidence, creative thinking, teamwork and self-expression.
Ronnita L. Miller is a writer, comedian, and actress. She is a founding member of the award-winning improvisational troupe, Damn Gina! Austin’s first and only all Black Female comedy troupe. You can see her in B.B. Araya’s BETA and the WE ARE short film series which is streaming now on the @IssaRae presents YouTube channel.
Stephanie Thoreson is an Austin based writer, producer, musician, actor and comedian.She regularly performs both sketch and improv and recently premiered her multi-media one-woman show, Shattered Dreams (and Other Positive Experiences). You can see Stephanie every Friday night at ColdTowne Theater performing with the award winning all-female improv troupe Loverboy, named by Thrillist as one of the best comedy shows in Austin. She stars alongside Ronald Short in the upcoming feature film Good Feels on Wheels. Stephanie believes the stage can be used as a platform to share your voice as both an individual and an artist. As a member of the BettyBoard, she is committed to expanding the intersectional representation of women in comedy.
